The Depot

904 Memorial Dr, Atlanta, GA 30316 (map)

Even if you haven't been "working on the railroad all the live long day," you should do yourself a favor and stop by The Depot Restaurant in the Old Fourth Ward. You can channel your inner train conductor by taking a turn on the porch while the trains go by. FYI The Depot is an old train depot that was recently restored and turned into a restaurant and bar. Cool huh? We thought so and apparently so do a lot of other people since the place is packed most nights. The burgers are solid menu items and the grilled steak Caesar salad is tasty. With daily changing specials, order the Grilled Pizza of the Day, and a great scene, The Depot is a winner in our book, er train log.
