Peach Connection

They say you can't always get what you want, but if you happen to stumble upon Vickery's at Glenwood Park, you will have proved them wrong-again. This quaint bar and grill tucked away in east Atlanta's new mixed use development, Glenwood Park, has what you know you want (delicious food, fun atmosphere) and what you need as well (all natural, wholesome organic meats). With a menu boasting lots of delish dishes, we suggest choosing the Bourbon Shrimp in Jack Daniels butter (mmmmm), Fried Green Tomatoes or the Fried Calamari to start. Yeah and FYI this calamari is awesome. Not like any other resto's, their calamari is made with a sweet chili sauce and flash fried with onions and peppers. For your entrée, we suggest the Low Country Seafood Sauté with a heaping of yummy seafood, the Green Street Pasta with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, black olives and penne pasta with a pesto cream sauce or the Grilled Jerk Chicken Breast. Vickery's is proof that you can get what you want and need. So ha, that's not a lost concept or at least we don't think it is.
