Trump Towers Atlanta will feature two high-rise condominium towers, luxury retailers, and destination restaurants.  Phase I of Trump Towers Atlanta will be 48 stories and include 370 units and 20,000 square feet of retail. Condominium prices will range from the $400,000's to $1 million.  Construction on Phase I is expected to be completed by early 2009.  The Atlanta-based design firm, Kenji Design Studios, owned by country singer, Kenny Rogers and his partner, veteran interior designer Jim Weinberg, has been commissioned to design the Interior spaces within Trump Towers Atlanta.  

Amenities at the Trump Towers Atlanta include: concierge service, luxurious spa, state-of-the-art fitness center and swimming pool to name a few. Conference rooms, fine cuisine, and social gathering spaces will be pleasing to even the most fastidious buyer.
