1.) Think of your body as the car of your dreams.  Honor it.  Respect it. Fuel it.

2.) Don't let your weight or shape keep you from activities that you enjoy.

3.) Keep a list of 10 positive things about yourself - without mentioning appearance.  Add to it!

4.) Put a note on your bathroom mirror saying, "I'm beautiful inside and out."

5.) Eat when you're hungry.

6.) Rest when you're tired.

7.) Surround yourself with people who remind you of your inner strength and beauty.

8.) Think back to a time when you loved your body. Tell yourself you can look like that again, even in this body at this age.

9.) Live life passionately. You won't want to waste time hating your body.

10.) Don't exercise to fight against your body.  Do it to make your body healthy & strong and because it makes you feel good.
