William Sigley, Executive Chef of AquaKnox

Chef William Sigley, originally from Colorado knew early in life that cooking would play an important role in his future. Upon completing his education in Colorado, William headed for Las Vegas to become part of the then exploding celebrity chef phenomenon that was just getting underway. He strategically guided his path to work under both accomplished celebrated and celebrity chefs. He opened Chef Todd English's OLIVES restaurant in the Bellagio and then went on to spend 6 years with the Wolfgang Puck at Chinois in Caesar's Palace and Postrio in the Venetian. It was at the Venetian that Chef William's talent came to the attention of the E Brands Restaurant Group. William came on board at E Brand Restaurants to work under the direction of Chef Tom Moloney, concept and executive chef of AquaKnox in las Vegas to prepare to take over the culinary operation at AquaKnox of Atlanta. Like Chef Moloney, William was hooked on the AquaKnox concept where he was able to use his talents to work with the finest seafood products from around the globe. Chef William prepares seafood with only the freshest herbs and sauces. It is with his drive and commitment that our comcept continues to recive many accolades and awards.

Chef William resides in Atlanta with his wife and children and is very happy to join his extended family that was already here.
